About Our Provider
Our practice is founded on the unique perspective and deep commitment to service that comes from our founder, Jacqueline Payne-Borden, PhD, RN, PMHCNSBC. A dedicated nurse leader and military veteran whose mission and passion is to serve. Her specialization in psychiatric/mental health care, executive leadership, and education allowed her to gain invaluable experience in understanding and supporting people through some of their most challenging moments. This experience taught her to see beyond the surface, recognizing the profound impact of emotional and psychological well-being on overall health.
